Can an American buy stocks on the Philippines stock exchange?
If it’s a major Philippine company, there is probably an “American Depository Receipt” that is traded on a US exchange. Many brokers will carry out transactions of foreign exchanges, but it’s expensive. Check with a major brokerage house.
